San Francisco Animal Trapping
We offer humane live cage trap animal removal. It’s important to remember two things when it comes to animal trapping.
First, simply trapping animals does not always solve a wildlife problem in San Francisco. For example, if you have raccoons in the attic, if you simply trap an adult raccoon, you still have to deal with the nest of baby raccoons in the attic, which are there 90% of the time. Or if you have skunks living under your deck, new ones may move in shortly after the current ones are trapped and removed.
It’s important to address the entire problem. If you have San Francisco animals in the attic, you must remove the babies, identify and seal shut all entry holes, and clean up the animal waste. If critters are living under your porch, you must seal shut the perimeter with screen or lattice so new animals can’t go under there. Trapping is only a part of wildlife control.
Second, trapping is an art. Specifically, there are dozens of small details that go into doing it correctly. These details are obvious to our experienced San Francisco wildlife control professional, but an amateur just isn’t aware of all the little details:
- Is the cage the right style, the right size, the right build?
- Is it set flush to the ground with the proper pan tension?
- Is the bait the right type, the right position, to lead the animal in but prevent bait theft or early pan trigger?
- Is the trap in the shade, so the animal doesn’t overheat?
- Is it clear of obstructions or items that a caged animal can damage?
- And so on.
San Francisco Rodent Exterminator
Our rodent control process is different than most San Francisco pest control companies. They treat rats and mice like insects, instead of mammals. They use poison, which never solves the problem permanently. Poison is just a lazy quick fix, that rarely even works the first time! And it results in stinky dead rodent carcasses.
We do not use poison. We remove the rats or mice from your home or building PERMANENTLY, often within as little as a week. The key is that we stop the problem forever by finding and sealing shut 100% of the entry holes that rats and mice use to enter your house. No more way inside, no more rodents! Once we seal everything shut, it’s easy to trap all the hungry rats or mice with snap traps, and then the problem is gone for good. We are not your typical San Francisco exterminator who wants to sign you to a quarterly service contract for life. When we do our job correctly, you’ll never have to call us back again!
San Francisco Bat & Bird Removal
We are experts in solving bat and bird problems in San Francisco. San Francisco has many colonizing bats that enter homes and other buildings. Your attic is a great place to live and raise baby bats! Bats must be treated with special care in San Francisco because of state laws protecting bats, not to mention that bats are good animals that eat insects and live up to 15 years, and should not be killed flippantly.
We remove 100% of the bats from your house without killing a single one via a process called a live exclusion. We install one-way funnels and netting that allow bats to fly out of your house, but not back in. The key to our process, which makes us the best bat control in San Francisco, is that we find and seal shut 100% of the entry holes that bats use to enter the structure – areas as small as a quarter inch thick.
When it comes to San Francisco birds, such as pigeons, starlings, or grackles, we prevent them from roosting on your building, ledge, beam, awning, etc by installing barrier devices or anti-roosting devices, such as netting or needle strips. Call us today to make your space bird-free, and get rid of those pesky droppings!
